Soft washing uses low pressure (under 500 PSI) plus professional cleaning solutions that kill mold, algae and mildew at the root. High-pressure washing can damage siding, paint and mortar. We soft-wash siding, roofs and delicate surfaces, and use higher pressure only on concrete and hardscape.
